The Vieple Video Interview packages are designed to ask practical questions for predetermined roles. 

Every role has a set 5/6 competencies. For each of those competencies, we ask a question that has been designed by our psychometric team at Testgrid, and has seen practical use in the Vieple system.  

The 5 Competencies targeted for this package are:

We recommend all of these be paired with a matching Testgrid Assessment, to create an accurate Selection Report. These video interviews, along with the selection report, aims to create the most accurate understanding of the candidates you're reviewing; with the end goal of hiring the best candidate. 

When you purchase a Video Interview package, you will be set up as a reviewer in the Vieple system. Your uploaded candidates will be created as participants, and you will be assigned to review them. Both you and your candidates will receive these invitations via email. 

Once your candidates log into the Vieple platform and complete their video interview, you will be notified via email that they have done so. These notification emails are sent out every 12 hours and collate all the candidates that the Vieple platform has ready for you to review.
